I remember getting this message fairly soon after they nerfed the Sleepwood JQ to be once a day.
I was ticked too cuz B3 is hard for me and I wanted them ores.
I think they were trying to prevent ore-farmers... but having no reward after the quest seems like a lame way to do it.
