[Pre-BB] MapleStory Formula Compilation

Can I request a recheck of the magical accuracy formula? I can supposedly hit Selkies 100% of the time at level 40, and I'm missing them a good half of the time in practice.

With a theoretical magician character of level 40, int 210, and luk 10, my experimental magical accuracy thingy says your hits will land about 37% of the time.

I forgot the whole formula that I used and how to use it (since I haven't played Maplestory for a year), but I made a crappy calculator here.
