how do i sign up for kms?

If I had a kms account ( I tried and it asked me for some stupid verification thing in my email which I had no idea how to do, even my translator got confused there). I would probably permanently switch over to kms, however I doubt that will ever happen, so I guess I'm stuck with gms.


There is a guide on google if you search it, not sure if it's actually accurate though, so I dunno.
