20-25: Sand Rats
25-30: Cygnus Quests
30-47: CPQ
47-72: Windraiders
I had a regular Zhelm, 10 Dex Earrings, +1 All Broken Glasses, and a 90 att Kandiva.
Typhons are too strong even with that BUT once you have a level 9 Arrow Rain, it's just a matter of your conviction to burn pots for insane exp rate until you max out Wind Piercing, in which case Newties will be better (if you also want to burn pots via taking the whole map instead of sniping).
Typhons get easier by 85 or so and definitely easy at 90. Their touch damage is less than that of Windraiders but it adds up as there are six or more trying to kill you every two seconds and you'll notice your hp pots which would be the barbarian elixir would go down 3x as fast as your mp pots which should be sorcerer elixirs.
