I don't care about downloading music, especially since it's just available for free online anyway. There's no point in it really being called illegal, it's practically already free. Selling it for profit's still wrong, because odds are those poor people don't know they can just listen to it for free.
Movies however, cost a whole hell of a lot more money to make and, in fact, aren't quite as free elsewhere. I'm gonna say, buy them or watch them in the theater.
