Lv151 Viper at Guardian Captains of Oblivion [HD]

I'm not familiar with DS, but the CSB looks faster, while barrage looks the same o.o

The same ones we got a while back. Lower DS/barrage/blast delay, all skills useable in transform, etc.

So why were you talking about speed cap if it's the same as what we got o.O
