Though, the Taru in TCG set 3 are a good sign if you hope for Krakia, since Crimsonwood was the main focus of Set 2 and one of several focal points at set 1. Krakia is also referenced to in a few set 2 items. Also keep in mind we have no idea what their plan for Halloween is, and if there's any other place which says "Halloween" besides a Haunted House, it's a Mad Scientist's lab.
According to the FTP data and the event endings, Crimsonwood was at least initially scheduled for July. It may be delayed but the plan was for it to come out at the end of this month.
