Tmeless/Reverse boni

So I guess it's best not to max any of your skills before you level a Reverse weapon?

I've had this on my mind long before this patch...which is why I haven't maxed anything yet. xD

I've only seen one other weapon with the bonus...a Reverse Lampion, but the owner had his TT maxed so it's somewhat uncertain how the bonus works. :o
