Do you even know what you're talking about? This seems like a server-sided problem, I don't see how disconnecting one's modem and/or router would help at all..

that method was also used back in beta/early global when hackers would crash the sleepywood hotel map, and cause anyone in the map to crash, similar to this.

it really doesn't seem to be a server-side problem, though.
