Restart your PC and try again. If that doesn't work, reinstall.
EDIT: Don't try "fixing" the map error. Standing on footholds you created triggers a/b.
Maybe its just some common error like forgetting a background or misspelling some property name.
Ill check it on a PS and see whats the prob, but that's gonna be a pain. Gah, I pineappling hate this computer and I'm over 60km away from my home.
EDIT: are there any level 200 npcs there? anyone tried visiting the map before there were any? i'm suspecting its related, because the map data seems fine and i can render it.
