Barrage, on a Buc, should be (skill% +140% + 160%)*4 for the final hit, if both SE and SM are maxed. 230+140+160=530 for max barrage. For Lv1 it should be 1528% with Lv18 SE. Perhaps he forgot he had MW on too?
