I went with Storm for the first point as that helped me more than any other skill would at level ten or at least I thought that way. I maxed Double Shot afterwards because I believe it's the most oomph you'll get out of your attacks and it really helps to 2-3 HKO Bubblings for the level 17 Cygnus quest. Critical Shot followed afterwards since it improves my damage. I placed Amazon as low priority since at low levels, the monsters you'll train on aren't far apart especially at the Wooden/Stone Mask map where your quests take you. The range of your attack is already pretty far away so I didn't see it as a handicap placing Amazon so late. I just chose 10 Focus instead of 13 Storm because IMO they're both pretty useless, I stopped using Storm at around level 21 because It just aggroed unwanted monsters.

Putting the first point in Storm Break is the same logic as putting in the first point into Arrow Bomb/Iron Arrow so I don't have to explain that. Wind Walk at level 31 helped me do the watermelon quest and get a broken weapon that just rapes CPQ. Having 19 or 20 Mastery was irregardless as your damage with Storm Break that follows after 30 second Booster won't matter much. Speaking of Booster, I chose 30 seconds because that's what I'm comfortable with and since I CPQed from 30-50, it didn't bother me. I got Soul Arrow so late because it wasn't a priority since Storm Break doesn't use up arrows and in occasions in CPQ where I needed arrows 1400 Meso for a pack of 2000 arrows is chump change. Wind Walk is maxed afterwards because I found it more useful than Thrust since at max level, there was no -speed penalty. Thrust is then maxed since lol why would you level Final Attack beyond 1?

Strafe at level 70 is enthusiastically happy to replace Double Shot, I just placed the points at 71 on Eagle Eye, Wind Shot, Wind Piercing to see the new toys. I max Arrow Rain because it's logical and I'll be training at Typhons once I reach 75. Now you might be wondering why I will max Eagle Eye first. It's because I would prefer the lower cooldown period so that I only won't be transformed for 1 minute. Also I highly doubt I would be using Wind Shot to attack Typhons and I'll use Wind Piercing only as a lure at that point. Plus it only takes three levels to max Eagle Eye, how's three levels going to hurt? Wind Shot is taken afterwards because I already have two mob attacks ala Storm Break and Arrow Rain so I need a strong 1v1 attack. Then follows Wind Piercing. The rest of the levels and points after that are self-explanatory.
If you are wondering as to why I only have 21 points in Strafe instead of maxing it and having only 11 Puppet is because at level 21 it's already got 91% attack, three more levels to make it 100% isn't worth it especially when you'll only use Strafe as a means of an opener followed by Hurricane. Meanwhile, Puppet's increase from 11 to 20 goes from 2000 HP to a whopping 6000 HP.
