Actually, 1128% is what it would be if the extra 100% wasn't there. There's a second extra 100% that's only involved with Stun Mastery. Making it (94+60+228)x4 = 382x4 = 1528%.

1528% of 3700 is around 56000, suggesting it's even higher than that. I feel like I'm forgetting something.
