That's with lvl 1 barrage and lvl 18 SE. My range was approx 2100~3700. (Yes this accounts for the energy charge.)
I'll leave this for you guys to figure out if the extra 100% is there or isn't there.
My thought:
[94% base + 60% Stun mastery + 128% (SE bonus of 28% then the extra 100%) ] x4.
(94+60+128)x4= 282x4= 1128%
If the extra 100% isn't in there, then the last hit would only do 728%. Which I think i wouldn't be able to hit 63k with that.
