Powder Drop By Monster

Updated to the last post. Taiketo may notice that the ones he posted are missing and that's because of conflicting accounts and uncertainty on my part.

Any account that seems uncertain will be left out of the list if only to make sure that no one wastes their time on something that isn't a sure thing. The list is meant to save time, not waste it. Not to discourage uncertain reports, just make sure that what you post reflects it.

Also I've been debating adding the areas that monsters are found to the list. I'm not sure where I'd put it. Probably either at the very front or the very end, but I want to see if anyone has a problem with it before I do.

Also also for monster crystals I have no problem adding it but I'd rely on user reports because I don't intend to make any monster crystals
