I like to consider my Shadower as my "first character" seeing how my Hermit, Asisith, was a huge failure. He was (and still is) level 90 with 120 base DEX, threw Icies and Kumbis until level 80, where I then upgraded to Tobis. His best claw was 46 ATK, and my first 10 mil was made around level 60 by selling Orbis Rock Scrolls.
I'm glad I chose to play a Hermit as my first character; I now had the worst class in Maple at the bottom of my to-make list, and was more interested in playing something that most people didn't bother with at the time: a Bandit. I took all of the issues I had with Asisith and made sure none of them would come close to happening on Septher, and also got into the habit of scanning the FM/smalltime merchanting so I could at least compare to the other Shadowers in Scania, whereas Asisith stood no chance.
So no, I don't miss playing my old character. Flash Jump was pretty fun, but I'd rather have a Soul Master with a slightly inferior Flash Jump with an actual arsenal of skills.
