Keol's Orders - How many are there?

There's so many of them! Which is a good thing because without these quests I would not have enough quests for the quest medal. But still, these quests are eating away at my money, especially the white magic powders and steel plates. I'm on the 11th order. What order are you on? How many orders are there?
