Mkay so.

ok so u need 60 dex.
since u got 55 base and ur zhelm adds 15=70+60=130 so ya.

how to get to 130

first, if ur really frugal for funds try getting a 10 dex icarus cape.
50 dex now.

next. raise the overall
try buying a 4/5 dex one from nath and u can try scrolling it with a 30 first, try n get 2 to work so its 14 dex 8 slots. then just 60% or 100% the rest of the way , thats 22 dex up from 10->50-12=38 needed now.

the next thing would be trying to get better shoes.. 5 dex is nice but 10 dex is pretty cheap, if they arent facestompers that is.

33 dex needed now.

next.
aim for better earrings
2->8 -10 dex ones.
that would make 6-8 dex added.
25-27 dex needed now.
heres the problem, since we are missing a bit of dex from here

i dunno if this is cheap in ur server, but rat mouth/branch noses come with 7 slots and can be scrolled for dex.

if thats not an option
try getting a 16 dex or better yellow adventure cape.
that could raise ur dex by 6 so u only need around 20 more.

the next cheapest would be to upgrade the overall so its around 25-30 dex.
then u might need to add a few scrolls onto a zhelm and you'd be done.
be warned though, i wouldnt scroll ur zhelm unless u end up going to zak often and could replace it if it breaks. its quite dangerous

so to reiterate

buy
16+ dex yellow adventure cape
-> avenger-> 25 dex or higher
snowshoes-> 10 dex or higher
earrings if possible-> 10 or more
nose branch? ->world domination
