So I have maxed quick motion(20/20 acc/avoid), lv 13 blessing(13/13)

Base dex 20(+10), luk 4.
Acc 52, minus 33=19,
avoid 42, minus 33=9

30*0.6 + 4*0.3 = 19.2
30*0.25 + 4*0.5 = 9.5

Jeez, it's awful. They have the formula of a 1st job Pirate.
