Heavily Pollutd Rock Dropping From Lower Leveled Monsters

Sounds about right. My Hermit was picking those up, and he's 81. I figured that it looks to be every 30 levels or so.

Also, just for reference, the rocks drop from all monsters that drop rocks I believe. Its just what kind you can see that show up. I was getting Heavily polluted rocks from Jr. Sentinels. So it's contained to character level, not monster.

And the "I think" was basically "I looked at this in my quest window earlier, but I've probably forgotten the actual range". Guess I got it right then. XD
