Infighters are the slow, high damage dealers while Gunslingers deal slow, fast damage. It makes more sense for Captains to get Wind Booster.
Captains have ZERO bossing ability because they have no party skills. At least Shadowers have Smokescreen and make great Seduce mules @ Horntail. Even Paladins are useful at Horntail as Seduce mules due to their high HP.
