I'm thinking, with Maker out and Ele Wands not an option for Bishops anymore, can normal stat Bishops with low base LUK (say 40-50) actually outdamage Wisdom staff users? Seems like Maker gives the normal guys a potential 20-30 stats, which is about all Wisdom granted anyway. Especially with a Reverse or a Doomsday.
