[Cygnus Summer Knights] Ver.073

Either no one noticed my question, or I asked it in another one of these thousand similar threads. Is the penalty exclusive for Bishops? Or is it directed at non-corresponding elemental skills?

Logic would dictate that the elemental penalty occurs if one uses the wrong weapon for ones skill used...but this is Nexon. *looks at sig*
