Hehe i only did that with 1 Ap to try and see if by placing AP from MP into HP you could also get the HP increase bonus which you can't.
I'm doing this same method since lvl 171 and i can wash 4-5 full lvls by MP washing only 1 lvl and i'm loving it. Sadly it won't get me to 30k Hp base.
Lvl 187 and im at almost 22k.
