As for the exp, I have no idea how good or how bad it is compared to others. I only remember(roughly) my exp gain in % on my BM, before the curve, so I really have no reference on this.
But if you only gain 1.7m/10minz at level 158, I think it's good then. I'm just unsure if I'm making the most out of it, seeing I delayed other skills to maxed it purely looking for the grinding ability it offers, I expected more.
Why would you be using Ice Charge, unless you're worried about damage? They aren't ice weak. The most you could do to train faster is split the map with someone. This limits how much you move and increases available spawn. With someone else taking the bottom and myself on the top 2 rows, I can get closer to 2m experience in 10minutes.
