I'm so pro for using military time + naming the correct day + date! Nexon should hire me for this!
According to Nexon's PDT time it should start and end on the 29th though. They either have their own time wrong, or the time in GMT. And well.. they must be very stupid if they'd get their own wrong. So I don't think it'll be on the 30th, but 29th.
Just look at last servercheck's notice:

Started at the same time, both thursday for PDT and GMT. Times were correct for that servercheck.So for PDT, it'll probably be today (midnight) and for GMT tomorrow morning.
