Urgent Help. My computer will not perform regular computer actions.

If you can manage to boot it up again, a directx diagnostic sheet might be helpful, as it would contain your computer specifications.

If you don't know how to obtain the sheet, open the start menu, click run type in "dxdiag"(no quotes), and hit enter. Once I have a better idea of what you've got, I may be able to help you out.
