This is so ignorant. Casual =/= lazy. Private servers are for lazy people who only want instant gratification. Casual players want to eventually be able to experience everything without devoting their lives to the game, but there is still a LOT of work involved even with the experience curve. Spending hundreds of hours playing, even if it's just spamming a skill, isn't being handed anything. What you're saying is that once we get some real end game content (black magician stuff) that only those who have invested every waking moment in maple should be allowed to experience that content.

Wrong. There are plenty of private servers (Usually the more popular ones) that have not-so-ridiculous EXP rates (10x-12x, etc) just because they feel that the ridiculous grind up to 15x or 16x takes away from the fun that most people expect from 4th job. Over the years the grind in this game has gotten way too easy, and though I only used the word casual to enrage short-tempered people like you, people who never dreamed of getting past 4th job are now 15x. Back in '05 a level 70 would make 10% an hour at Zombies; a level 160 should not be making 16% an hour on 2x.
