Although Melanie's been kind of a dull and weak character, I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt that she isn't overreacting with her confusion and disbelief and that it is actually someone really close to her who attacked her. Melanie getting betrayed by Clarissa after Felix finds out about George will be pretty cool.
