Of course the scales would tip in favor of the Night Walker if they had better equips. What kind of question is that?
At level 120 in GMS the Night Walker would be stronger if it was dexless, but that's not going to push the numbers more than a couple thousand. You can always include what-if scenarios, but this is how the classes rank with equal scrolling and equal equips. I'm not going to compare a Night Raven dexless to a Dragon Carabella.
However, keep in mind that claws and thief equips are generally more expensive than warrior equips, so it's likely that the Night Walker would be even weaker than advertised here.
