Ore Hunting and Farming

Time Temple quests give you stuff depending on how high a level you are

the monsters at Time Temple also drop various goodies too =P

Those quests give you all the jewels (one per 999 quest), then all the crystals. I think they skipped the Black Crystal though, don't remember.
