Could someone explain this to me?

Does that mean dropping a 50k bag on the floor will be reduced by taxes? Or is it mesos dropped by monsters? Or something I didn't get?

And does anyone have a picture of these chairs?

well,in KMS there is this tax
only applies to mesos dropped by players (50k will become 47k)
not sure whether it will apply to mesos dropped by monsters, since most monsters dun drop much
