Creation of New Knight of Cygnus Character
Knights of Cygnus can now be created without the restriction of a level 20 character! You may now choose to create Knight of Cygnus Character or Adventurers from the Character Creation Page!
So I guess this is what happens to gMS also, first the original system of creation, and then, after a few patches, change it to this kind of cygnus creation.
