Nick is heading for Trissany. Felix is quite a ways away from Trissany (they're in Lixmilo). Nicholas isn't what you should be worried about concerning Felix.
The arboretum has nothing to do with the mall. An arboretum is an area that is used for growing many different trees and plantlife. There's tons of them around the world. I'm surprised people don't know about them. The arboretum I'm going to create has a huge outdoor area and an enclosed plant area.
