As for HT and Zak, in my time the boss staging areas were overrun by hackers, the blue "congrats" message flashed once every few hours, and all the legits on the server knew none of them had done it. Maybe ALL this has changed since I quit, but I can't imagine Nexon becoming THAT much more competent.

Khaini only see's that message once every two weeks now, on average. Also Khaini has a pretty hacker intolerant community. While there are a few people who openly admit to being idiots via megaphones, the rest of the community is anti-hacker. Whether it's mass reporting a known hacker or helping those who've been hacked see some sort of justice.

Of course, no matter where you are, there are always people who won't care who's being hurt for their benefit (buying hacked/stolen goods) but that's hardly a reflection of the community as a whole.
