Fun discussion!
My own side comment is regarding the actual NX price of the item. Personally, I don't think they'll be upwards of 10k NX per just by looking at another similar item in the CS already that allows you to do phenomenal things with extremely rare items: Scissors of Karma. Some similarities between the two include how each allows for an increase of more rare or powerful items in the FM/people's possession, each are one-time use items with limits (eg. 1 Scissors = 1 trade; more trades = more 3k costs, which add up quickly; for VH, it would be 6k per item. It's not too hard for some to obtain NX, but upwards of 30-42k NX, just to rescroll your equips? Plus the items don't ensure success, so spending 6k to watch 2 60s fail - which will happen to plenty of people, I assure you - will be a quick turn-off to items like this. And again, that's 30-42k NX just for your equipment set. You're doubling or tripling that if you play other characters, and adding infinite amounts if you want to scroll items for profit.).
Nutshell point: I think the VH's will be similarly priced to the Scissors of Karma (3-4kish, possibly up to 5k), but will be nowhere near as expensive as some people believe. With the safeguards and rules in place, Nexon will make a ton of money, but when you think of every possible outcome by using the items and the sheer price of NX it costs just to utilize them on all of your items to their full potential, it's not going to be anything OVERLY game-breaking. We still won't beat Pink Been with this item, and I'll tell you right now, the only thing it will do is make it harder to merchant scrolled equips. Hell, you can kiss goodbye to trying to scroll equips for profit if you're not willing to spend NX on them.
