Especially a problem when we have a top down, "people who spend NX to upgrade their items get dibs" system where everyone else just gets the scraps.
Everyone getting stronger isn't necessarily a good thing. It means the same content gets old faster.
Wouldn't releasing new equips from gachapon with more slots that outclass all the old ones be more of a "power creep" than making all existing equips upgradeable by everyone?
