Hmmmm people don't forget the Vicious Hammers won't be cheap! I expect they will be 10k~20k NX each, so item prices will not really change a lot because of this...
20k nx is about 160m now, so +2 VH'ed items will be about 150m more expensive from base prices...
I smell SCG price explosion...
Oh and I personally don't see any reason why MoN's can't be VH'ed...
All that VH adds to an item is "tuc" +1 per Vicious Hammer usage in item data (tuc is 5 for most items, some items have tuc 7 and some have tuc 10 like a zak helm)... just like there are scrolls that can add "Spikes to shoes" & "Cape cold immune".
