It's pretty convenient for some classes, like Corsairs, though - spam Rapid Fire and hit a steady stream of 4 digit numbers without impunity. BMs can turn off SE and spam Hurricane. But there's no way to really take advantage of this unless you want to significantly slow down your run.
Well, considering pap won't take 1/1 breaks, and you won't have to pot, maybe it's the same time, AND you won't even have to use hp pots :p
