Bob the Snail Quest still bugged

So that would mean that I can do the Bob the Snail and Masteria quests no problemo, right?

You can do Masteria quests yeah. But Bob the Snail Quest is still bugged at the last part. You can't finish it, but you can complete 4-5 parts of it or something like that.
