Price gouging, or price due to Karma Scissors?

I just sold 4 Helmet DEX 70%s to a person who offered 28m for one. Now here's the deal. I didn't say anything; I pretended like that was the normal price, because the last time I bought those scrolls to scroll my Zakum Helm, I paid 14-15m, which I already thought was a ludicrous price. Now I somehow got a buyer who practically paid me double for what I bought the scrolls for. I didn't care if I was selling under priced. I was simply happy that I made an instant 54-55m profit.

Now ze question: Are Helmet DEX scrolls really this expensive now due to Karma Scissors making more helms available to immediately scroll, or am I just a lucky participant of a coincidental Helm DEX price gouge in good ole Bello?
