For my money, the whole anti-fur thing is twice as much internet humor as it is an oddball fetish. It's not the bane of existence so much as hilarious. Some people just take their fetish more seriously than others. But when furries take their fetish seriously in the public eye, they're wearing animal outfits. And I find that funny. A little bit of bad luck/to each his own for the furry community.
In regards to fisting, when someone has their whole arm up there, it's not like it's the first time. They've probably spent months or years stretching and training their muscles, and I bet most have had some tear or another. To be fair to furries, I've seen some hilarious fisting too.
And this typing has lead me to find a way to briefly summarize: it's not the act that's funny quite so much as the people and process involved. There are some hilarious dominatrices out there too.
