Just saw Half-blood prince

That reminds me of another of my favorite scenes they really ruined. Using sectum sempra for the first time on Draco in the bathroom. I thought the spell itself was done decently, but not having Snape react and demand Harry bring him the Potions book made me upset. They ruined that scene. In the book I really felt Harry was terrified at what he'd done...I didn't feel that in the movie. It was like, lol better get rid of book now.

On that note, did anyone else notice how little attention they even gave to the Half-Blood Prince's Potions book? It felt like a minor part of the movie, when it's like...supposed to be insanely important. lol You know, with the TITLE even mentioning it. I was afraid they weren't even going to reveal it was Snape's for a while there. haha At least they did that.

And yeah, I didn't like all the crap with Draco testing it either. I agree his character was well done though.

In that scene, the reason why Harry used the septum sempra spell was because Draco was about to cast the cruciatus curse. In the movie, it seemed that Harry did it because Draco was his enemy, and then Harry fled the scene after Snape arrived. It seemed more like Harry wanted Draco killed than Harry doing it out of self defense or tit for tat on curses.
