If the conditions and criteria for judging was so excruciating, do people really think they'd choose one of those "vwvwwvw" hackers to start monitoring the game? I don't think so. Nexon's really trying to make some kind of difference. Let's first see how it goes.
Just because the person hasn't done anything "bad" and gotten accepted, doesn't mean he won't be a d'ick and start abusing stuff though. Power is very tempting, even if it is as minor as reporting directly to a GM instead of just banning willy nilly.
Also, i found the microphone thing to be extremely retarded. What if i don't like microphones? What if i enjoy listening to my music instead of talking to some douche while i ban people?
