I'd call it Borat part 2, which is entirely a complement. He's a masterful troll. The couple of scenes with crowds to troll were my favorite, the staged MMA fight, the talk show. Oh, and Paula Abdul sitting on a Mexican.
The soundtrack is phenomenal, if you're into the unce unce unce. In fact, I'd see it again with a group of friends just for the opening two minutes with Scooter on a movie theater sound system.
Bonus: Keep your eyes open for "Sex and Manacle Rig" in the credits. There were two people for it I think. Never seen that credited to someone in a movie before.
