1.FA or no FA? Why or Why not? I have NO idea...
It's all personal preference really. I've found that in many situations such as duals and wyverns, FA does help because there is a lot of 1v1. In some other more mobby places like Kents, I've found that FA is just an annoyance.
2.You can say I'm partially funded, so Dex'less? Low Dex?
I'd say, just add Dex as you see fit. There really is no need to go have something insane like 60 dex at level 30. I personally think you can easily pull off 20 base dex, even with very little funding. Really though, don't make your character with a set base dex in mind. Add dex as you see fit.
3. I play KMS where we DO NOT have shield weapon attack scrolls, but I'm going 1h + shield anyway! Why? I think its more fun and attractive, and maple is about having fun right? So can I get pros and cons of 1h + shield? even without shield for attack? o.O
Pros-Cheap, as you are going 1h, more defence, and you can scroll the shield for strength.
Cons-The speed will be no different than the Morningstar, which many Blunt Weapon Paladins use as an end game weapon. Also, the range of 1h Blunt Weapons is very small with ACB.
4. There's always a "boring" part of every class, I have an outlaw and for outlaws, it'll definitely be 2nd job Gunslinger... How about for Paladins? When are they dull and when do they shine?
Hmmm...personally I think it's from Level 1-80, then from level 110-120. 1-80 was pretty boring for me, because in 2nd job and early third job, I was still pretty much a Swordsman with a White Knight title. Level 110-120 is kinda fun because you know you're so close, but it's also pretty boring just maxing out random skills that aren't so helpful, and the training speed doesn't help.
5. Any other tips/advices for a new paladin adventurer?
Make connections, but as this isn't your first character, I'm sure you already have a lot of them. As a White Knight, you won't get into many parties, so having lots of friends to train with you and stuff is always fun
