If you mean a card from Time Temple or Ellin Forest (yes they drop cards, and yes they also cause the shuffle) then the next time you log out your book from that monster card forward will be shuffled. Based on how many card you have, this may or may not be noticeable immediately. Thanks, that answered all my questions.
