Kino no Tabi (amazing series, rarely mentioned though)
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (violence isn't excessive, great story anyways)
Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha
Fate/Stay Night (great animation)
Darker than Black (some violence, nothing too heavy though)
Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo
Full Metal Panic! (Shame on GMSInfighter for putting this with Naruto! *ragerage*)
Kino no Tabi is my favorite, though you might not fully appreciate it for another couple years. I'd suggest you watch Neon Genesis Evangelion and Monster in a couple years as well... 14 might not be adequate.
