This was happening to me with another game (Lunia), and I think that the problem was overheating. Your computer will shut itself down if the CPU sense too much residual heat. It's to prevent fires and whatnot.

Try downloading hwmonitor. It monitors the temperature of various vital system components. If the numbers become high (in Fahrenheit, not sure what they're supposed to be in Celsius) then you might want to consider cooling the computer and just turning it off for breaks.

Otherwise, if that doesn't help, try check your system error logs and dumps. They probably have an error message or an MSQL line error for you to reference; use it to do some google searches.
