As long as you take her words with a grain of salt, she hasn't been that frightening so far. This would help you as well as James's group because they just seem to least insane out of them.
I think the nightmares may have something to do with the cruelty (and whatever description you had for them) that the voices had before we took over. They can't just disappear, so they are finding other forms to get out.
